AI Working Group and Agent Skills

Company-wide AI principles, a handbook and tool evaluations, from chairing Sparkgeo’s AI Working Group.

What I did

• Wrote the company’s AI Principles and Handbook.
• Drove the group’s tool-evaluation backlog, authoring evaluations of third-party Agent Skills for adoption across Copilot, Cursor and Claude.
• Created original Agent Skills for projects and day-to-day work.
• Researched AI use and adoption, and how AI changes software development, including cognitive load, how developers recall details or solutions, and how work expectations shift toward code review.
